Simply Devine Dog Treats My dog is particularly fond of these treats, and they seem to be even more enjoyable when I use gingerbread men cookie cutters to shape them. Admittedly, she is quite pampered! Today marks her 10th birthday, yet she still exhibits the energy and playfulness of a 2-year-old. Ingredients: 2 cups (from 2 medium-sized) of cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup of old-fashioned oats 1 cup of peanut butter 1/2 cup of beef broth About 2 cups of flour Instructions: In a large pot, add enough water to cover the sweet potatoes. Slice them to expedite cooking. Cook until the potatoes are tender enough to be easily mashed with a potato masher or fork. Drain the water and allow the sweet potatoes to cool. Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Gradually add flour to form a dough. The dough should be slightly sticky but not overly wet.
