Tips for Celebrating the New Year with Your Pets in 2025

1. Keep Your Pets Safe
Fireworks and Loud Noises

Fireworks and loud noises can be scary for pets. Make sure to keep them indoors during celebrations and create a safe space for them to hide if they get scared.

Party Decorations

Be mindful of party decorations like streamers and confetti that can be harmful if ingested by pets. Keep an eye on your furry friends to make sure they stay safe.

2. Watch Their Diet
Avoid Table Scraps

While you may be indulging in delicious New Year's treats, remember that some foods can be harmful to pets. Avoid giving them table scraps and stick to their regular diet.

Alcohol and Caffeine

Keep alcoholic beverages and caffeinated drinks out of reach of pets. These can be toxic to animals and should be kept away from them at all times.

3. Have Fun Together

Playtime

Spend quality time with your pets by engaging in playtime activities they enjoy. Whether it's playing with their favorite toy or going for a walk, make sure to include them in the festivities.

Photo Booth

Create a fun photo booth with props for you and your pets to take pictures together. Capture the memories of ringing in the New Year with your furry friends by your side.

By following these tips, you can ensure that you and your pets have a safe and enjoyable New Year celebration together. Here's to a paws-itively amazing 2025!

Peanut butter oatmeal dog treats

Peanut butter oatmeal dog treats Today, I am super excited to share my techniques for making another truly wholesome dog treat with you. After-all, your furry companions deserve healthy food, so that they can be their best selves. These pup treats are the perfect snack to make ahead of time for your cuddly pooch as a reward for their love and companionship, obedience, potty-training, or for any other training in general.  My fur baby seems to think that the treats taste better when they're made in different cute shapes. Make sure to use a shampoo specifically made for dogs. Human shampoo can be too harsh for your furry friend's skin. Getting Wet When it's time to get your dog wet, use lukewarm water. Make sure to wet your pup's fur thoroughly before applying shampoo. Be gentle and make sure to avoid getting water in their ears and eyes. Scrub-a-Dub-Dub Once your dog is all wet, it's time to lather up that shampoo! Gently massage the shampoo into their fur, making sure to get all those hard-to-reach spots. Don't forget to rinse thoroughly to avoid any leftover soap residue. Drying Off After the bath is done, it's time to dry off your dog. Use a towel to gently pat...
